Bodies As Clothing doesn’t aspire to create an entire wardrobe made of up-cycled ocean plastic, because although upcycled, plastic garments still release microplastics throughout their life-cycles. However, upcycled garments, especially if made of a small amount of material like swim briefs, can still serve as a message to raise awareness of the masses of plastic waste in our oceans: We must start with removing the larger bits of plastic from the ocean first before the smaller bits. 

The Awareness Eyelet Swim Brief is true to size and sits snugly on the body, with an adjustable cotton drawstring. To be worn carefully with an awareness of how plastic waste affects our oceans.
